Terms of Service for Homotechsual Discord Bots​

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the various Homotechsual Discord bots ("the Bots", "we", "us") when interacting with them on Discord.

By using the Bots, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Bots​

You agree to use the Bots in a lawful and respectful manner.

You must not:

  • Use the Bots for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to exploit, disrupt, or misuse the Bots
  • Interfere with the Bots' operation or hosting infrastructure
  • Use the Bots in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service

2. Bot Functionality​

  • The Bots are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
  • We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or reliability
  • Features may change, be added, or removed at any time without notice

3. User Responsibility​

You are responsible for:

  • Your use of the Bots
  • Any content you submit or trigger via the Bots
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and Discord rules

Server administrators are responsible for how the Bots are configured and used within their servers.
